Amid sexual harassment allegations against Paul Oakenfold, the producer has taken to social media to deny the accusations and reiterate his intentions to protect his reputation.
While preparing for the re-release of his first studio album Bunkka, the prolific English DJ and producer Paul Oakenfold has recently been faced with sexual allegation charges by his former secretary.
Deadline broke the news, sharing that the lawsuit and allegations detail several incidents of indecent exposure and of masturbation in front of his personal assistant. The woman, identified only as Jane Roe, claims it happened several times throughout her employment to Oakenfold in his home.
The lawsuit was filed on June 2nd in the Los Angeles Superior Court. Included in the suit are two agencies, New Frequency Management and Paul Stepanek Management, both of which are run by Paul Stepanek and were involved in Jane Roe's employment. In addition to the two agencies and Oakenfold, Jane Roe claims that to 25 John Does also violated her employment rights.
According to the Deadline, when she reported the incidents Jane Roe was then barred from work since she wouldn't sign an NDA. Even when she later signed the NDA and continued employment with the agency under other individuals, her hours were reduced and she was eventually laid off earlier this year.
In the five-claim complaint, Jane Roe is seeking $25,000 in damages.

Respect, integrity, and consent are values I hold dear, and I have always treated everyone with utmost professionalism."

"Thank you for your unwavering support and understanding during this challenging time."
