After 25 years, the Irish songstress Enya will re-release her A Box of Dreams collection, this time as a box set made up of 100% recycled board and vinyl.
The Irish singer-songwriter and Celtic music cultural phenomenon, Enya, first released A Box of Dreams as a limited edition three-CD set over 25 years ago.
A collection of the greatest works from the first half of her enormously successful career, it hasn't been reissued since it first came out back in 1997. Now, it's being released on vinyl for the first time.
Enya is among the best-selling Irish artists of all time. Her self-titled debut album Enya dropped in 1987, but it was with Watermark in 1988 that she made her global breakthrough. Going on to make stunning track after stunning track, with Nicky Ryan always at the Producer's desk, and Roma Ryan providing the lyrics, she's remained at the forefront of the Irish and international music scene for years with her deeply resonating and beautiful pieces. Her most recent album, Day Sky Island, received critical acclaim when it was added to her catalogue in 2015.
Over the years she's gone on to win four Grammy Awards, an Ivor Novello, nine UK Top ten albums, five US Top ten albums, and many platinum certifications. Influencing artists like Grimes, FKA twigs, Nicki Minaj, Brandy, Weyes Blood, and more, she's left a crucial imprint on the international, multi-genre musical world.
Keeping to the original 3-CD style, the A Box of Dreams set is divided up into three portions: Oceans, Clouds, and Stars. Each CD will be broken up across two vinyls.

Oceans includes tracks like 'Only If...,' the 1988 hit 'Orinoco Flow,' 'Anywhere Is,' 'The Longships' and more. It's a collection of what many will regard as her most uplifting, inspiring moments.
Clouds, in comparison, compiles the title tracks of 'Watermark,' 'Shepherd Moons,' and 'The Memory of Trees' together into a collection of "beautifully beguiling instrumentals."
Finally, Stars collects Enya's choral and ballad influenced pieces like 'Evening Falls, 'Athair Ar Neamh,' and 'Exile' together into a memorable assemblage of graceful and ethereal songs.
Containing the acclaimed works from albums like The Celts, Watermark, Shepherd Moons, and The Memory of Trees, A Box of Dreams comes complete with additional notes from the producer Nicky Ryan and the lyricist Roma Ryan, plus a few of her short poems.
Dropping June 23rd, the set will also be made of an eco-friendly, 100% recycled board and vinyl, the first of Enya's vinyl works to do so. Each record will, as a result, be 100% unique as a result of the randomly generated, dark-hued marble effect from the process - a perfect keepsake for immortalising Enya's unique talent and works.
