Following RUNAH's stunning set last night, we're thrilled to announce alt-R&B star Erica Cody as our latest act on the Hot Press Lockdown Sessions – with a live performance on the Hot Press Instagram tonight, April 9, at 7.30pm.

2019 was another landmark year for Dubliner Erica Cody. Tipped as one of Hot Press's 'Hot for 2019' acts, she released her acclaimed EP, Leoness, followed by a stellar headliner at The Grand Social.  Drawing inspirations from '90s R&B and hip-hop, with an added modern twist, Erica has become a regular on the Irish festival circuit – appearing at Electric Picnic and Longitude.  In the summer of 2018, Erica played the main stage at Electric Picnic with 'The Story of Hip Hop' – collaborating with the RTÉ Orchestra, DJ Mo-K, Jess Kavanagh, Jafaris and Mango.

Throughout the Hot Press Lockdown Sessions, our star-studded line-up will be taking over the Hot Press Instagram account (@hotpressmagazine), and live-streaming performances from their homes around the world directly to your phone.
