Estelle has picked up a new American Boy. The British songstress has announced that she will support rapper Jay Z in his upcoming Dublin gig. The pair are set to play the RDS on June 26.

This announced comes on the back of a successful few months for Estelle. The 28-year-old Londoner found fame in recent times after a smart relocation to New York and the release of her second album, Shine

While Estelle’s 2004 debut album, The 18th Day was totally self-created, Estelle collaborated with several other artists and producers to make Shine. After working with artists such as Kanye West, Wyclef Jean, Mark Ronson and John Legend on this record, her newest pairing with Jay Z comes as no surprise.

Jay Z will also be playing at the Marquee in Cork on June 25.
