These will be the Irish boybands first indoor shows in Dublin in over 11 years.
Due to extreme demand, Westlife have announced the addition of a third date to their 3Arena 'Home For Christmas' shows. These will be the Irish boybands first indoor shows in Dublin in over 11 years.
Since their start in 1998 and subsequent return to music in 2018 after a brief hiatus, Westlife has cemented themselves as one of Ireland's most iconic boybands. They have had the most singles of any artist to debut at No. 1 in the UK. They rank only behind Elvis Presley and The Beatles in amount of No.1 singles. They've had 33 number one albums worldwide, and have sold over five million concert tickets- and counting.
Westlife's 'Twenty Tour' sold a record 600,000 tickets across 27 cities and 13 countries, including two sold out shows at Croke Park in Dublin. Last summer, the band played sold out UK, Irish and European shows which included Wembley Stadium and two nights at both Aviva Stadium and Páirc Uí Chaoimh.
Their 'Home For Christmas' shows will also feature yet to be named special guests.
