The False Heads have announced an upcoming Dublin gig on their new UK and European tour.
The concert will take place on Friday, September 7, in the upstairs venue at Whelan’s.
Since forming in 2016 on the outskirts of East London, this trio of punk-rockers have caught the attention of music legends like Iggy Pop and ex-Ramone’s manager Danny Fields. The band graduated from empty venues to supporting the The Libertines on a sold out tour. Additionally they play at Tramlines, Reading Festival and War Child events on a regular basis. Most recently they played alongside the Queens of the Stone Age on the mainstage of INmusic Festival.
The band’s debut EP Gutter Press was released last year with 25 Hour Convenience Store record label. They are set to drop their newest album, Less Is Better, on September 21, with the album’s first single ‘Yellow’ on sale August 24.
Tickets are currently on sale for €10.
