She was the "unknown pop star" with a distinctive voice who appeared as a backing singer on records by the likes of Pink Floyd, The Beatmasters, Dusty Springfield, Elvis Costello The Specials, The Jam, Marilyn, Joe Cocker and with Irish band The Hot House Flowers.
The UK singer has passed away at the reported age of 57. The official cause of the death is unknown at present time.
Claudia also worked with the likes of Claudia Brücken, Julia Fordham, Tim Finn, Aztec Camera, Texas, EMF and Heaven 17.
According to wikipedia, she last appeared on a recording back in 2001 when she song on the 'Jealous God' album by Nathan Larson.

The Londoner also appeared in some recorded concerts and films, such as 'Pulse' (1994), 'Showgirls' (1995), 'David Gilmour in Concert' (2002) and the 'Alfie' remake in 2004.
Claudia was the lead vocalist on The Beatmasters' 1989 hit single 'Warm Love' and also sang lead vocals on the song 'Deeper Into Harmony' on The Beatmasters' 1992 album 'Life & Soul'.
