It has been confirmed that legendary DJ Fatboy Slim - real name Norman Cook - will be bringing his In the Round Show to these shores next year, with Dublin's 3Arena the venue on the 2nd of March.

Fatboy Slim had previously debuted the In The Round experience toward the end of 2016 at a variety of venues in the UK, some of which he'll be returning to before taking the tour to Ireland.

Event organisers have promised a visceral experience from the veteran DJ - who first entered the public consciousness as a lead artist in the mid-1990s - saying: "Fatboy Slim is aiming to create the UK’s biggest dance floors turning our favourite arenas into unique night club experiences. Imagine something unusual and completely different. Expect a big production, a revolving stage, rave ushers and a live smiley face experience. No seat in the house will ever be far away from the stage."

Tickets for Fatboy Slim at the 3Arena in Dublin go on sale from Ticketmaster at 9am this Friday (September 14th) and are priced at €49.50 including booking fees and €1 venue fee.
