Home-grown indie pop star Hannah McPhillimy, better known as ferna has announced that she will be doing an Irish tour at the end of this year.

This "bespoke" tour will see Cork, Dublin, Belfast and Portstewart. Each gig is said to be differently curated to give the audience a unique experience. The singer will have a range of different guests at each show.

“I love as an audience member when I feel that I’m witnessing something that’s a one-off. That’s often the joy of live music, but as things get a little more programmed and a little less organic there is a danger of feeling that you’re just one show of twenty similar shows for an artist. I wanted to ensure no chance of that!” McPhillimy speaks on her unique shows.

“Also, as an artist it gives me the chance to show the different personalities of my songs. I feel the songs on this album could have been taken a multitude of different ways - this way I get to have my cake and eat it, if you will, and try those other versions out on the road,”
