Funds from her 'Fetch the Bolt Cutters' tracks will be given to two different organisations.
Fiona Apple has pledged to donate all of the proceeds from TV and movie placements of her Fetch the Bolt Cutters tracks 'Shameika' and 'Heavy Balloon' to charity for the next two years.
Royalties from 'Shameika' will go to the Harlem Children’s Zone, while those from 'Heavy Balloon' will be donated to Seeding Sovereignty.
Apple has also generously promised to donate $50,000 to each organisation if the tracks aren't picked up for television or film spots.
“I will still give each organization I mentioned here fifty-thousand dollars if no one ends up requesting use of these songs. But I will be to earn some of that Hollywood cash, so here’s hoping, here’s trying, and that’s that, I guess!” her statement read on popular Tumblr fan site Fiona Apple Rocks.
The Harlem Children’s Zone is an organisation offering kids supports they need to gain access to college and to complete their qualifications.

Apple donated 2019 and 2020 earnings from TV and movie placements of her classic single 'Criminal' to the While They Wait fund last year, an organisation helping refugees secure life necessities, immigration fees, and legal assistance.
Fetch the Bolt Cutters was Apple’s first studio album since 2012’s The Idler Wheel.... and has found huge commercial and critical success.
