Hot Press had a blast trying out the interactive Ed wall!
Ed Sheeran fans have been feasting this morning on his new No. 6. Collaborations Project album, which finds him sharing the mic with everyone from Cardi B, Stormzy and Eminem to Dave, Camilla Cabello and Bruno Mars.
To celebrate, the No. 6 Collab Lab has popped up at 13 Fade Street, Dublin 2.
Open from midday until 7pm on a first come/first served basis, it features “an immersive installation created by Algorithm which blends Ed's unique visual style with the lyric videos from each of the songs. The piece will allow the audience to collaborate with the music like never before and is exclusive to Dublin and for one day only! Fans will have their own individual experience, with their movements controlling different layers of real-time animation to reveal the videos, lyrics and symbols from the new collaborative album."
Our man Stuart Clark has given it a workout and, yep, it's brilliant!
“Fans will also have access to a limited number of exclusive merch which will only be made available on the day," the blurb continues. "Five lucky fans will be in with the chance to win a signed copy of the album with a purchase of the merchandise.”
That merch includes a white Ireland: No. 6 Collaborations Project t-shirt, which will be on sale today in Fade Street. Click here for a full No. 6 Collab Lab photo gallery.
