FKA Twigs has also confirmed features from Koreless and more on the album, expected to land later this year.
FKA Twigs took to her Discord page on Sunday and revealed that the follow-up to her 2022 mixtape CAPRISONGS is inspired by techno: “I moved to Prague a couple summers ago, fell in love with techno. The album isn’t techno but the spirit is there fr,” she penned.
Answering fan’s queries about potential collaborations on the record, the singer revealed: “Koreless mainly and other talented friends.” When another user expressed their hopes for a solo release from FKA Twigs, she replied that it will likely remain a solo album, but nothing is certain as of yet.
In terms of the overall feeling of the album, she told fans, “it's deep but not sad.”
FKA Twigs first previewed her forthcoming work with Koreless at Valentino’s recent Paris Fashion Week show, where she premiered the new single ‘Unearth Her’ as part of her performance. They previously collaborated on Koreless’ ‘White Picket Fence’ video, which she directed in 2021.

In her recent campaign with Calvin Klein, which has since been banned for presenting the singer as a “stereotypical sexual object,” FKA Twigs shared an unreleased track.
Responding to the controversy, she wrote of the campaign, expressing her gratitude to work with Calvin Klein but did not hesitate to call out industry bias: "in light of reviewing other campaigns past and current of this nature, I can’t help but feel there are some double standards here.”
