The punky folk bands will play on September 10.
Flogging Molly have been ploughing a rollicking, rambunctious furrow for 20 years.
The combination of Irish traditional music with gutbucket rock'n'roll is something they share with Blood Or Whiskey, who they have invited to open their upcoming Irish gig.
The bands play the Olympia Theatre, Dublin on September 10.
Flooging Molly are touring in support of their sixth studio album Life Is Good, which is due to be released on June 2.
Understandably likened to The Pogues, but the Blood or Whiskey’s influences lead their sound to be their upcoming new album LIFE IS GOOD out on June 2nd (Vanguard Records). Their sixth studio album, LIFE IS GOOD is the band’s strongest release to date highlighting their finesse to tell meticulously crafted ‘stories’ with fierce and bravado arrangements.

Molly main man Daver King likens his band's live attack to a comradely booze-up. "In Ireland," King says, "you go to the pub to have a conversation. That's what we do every night on stage, go to the pub and trade stories."
Let's hope there are plenty of tales told and tunes played at the Olympia.
