The seven-piece Celtic-punk outfit have announced three irish dates as part of their 2024 European tour
The seven piece Celtic-punk band Flogging Molly have today announced three Irish dates for August/September 2024, with gigs in Cork, Belfast and Dublin promised.
Tickets will be priced from €42.50. The three Irish dates arrive as part of the Californian band's 2024 European tour.
Starting out as the house band for Molly Malone’s in Los Angeles and building a loyal following through endless touring, Flogging Molly has become a staple in the punk scene over the past 20-plus years, kicking off with their riotous debut album, Swagger, and continuing through their six additional studio albums.
The punk outfit has built a reputation as a gig not to be missed, with recent touring bringing Flogging Molly to historic locations such as Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium, and Austin City Limits Live at The Moody Theatre, not to mention their annual St. Patrick’s Day show at the Hollywood Palladium.
The seven piece group is set to play Dublin Olympia theatre, Belfast's Limelight and Cork's Cyprus Avenue.

Fans can expect to see material from their most recent album Anthem, which arrived in September 2022 and saw the band reunite with influential engineer Steve Albini (who worked with Flogging Molly on their first two albums Swagger and Drunken Lullabies).
The band released four videos in support of Anthem, including the timely track and clip for 'A Song of Liberty', penned by King as a recounting of a dark period in Irish history but made all the more relevant with events in Ukraine.
Tickets from €45.70 including booking fees on sale Friday 19th January at 10AM. The tickets will be available for purchase from the venue websites.
