Flogging Molly Announce Dublin and Belfast Gigs
The Irish-American Celtic punk band will be playing in Dublin’s Olympia Theatre on September 10 and The Limelight in Belfast on September 11.
The band were first formed in 1997 by Dublin-born and ex-Fastway vocalist Dave King. Their first live album Alive Behind the Green Door was released in 1997 and the band were then signed to SideOneDummy Records shortly afterwards.
To date, Flogging Molly have one live album, five studio albums and an acoustic live CD/DVD, Whiskey on a Sunday, which has gone platinum. The band’s most recent album Life Is Good was just released earlier this month on June 2.

Tickets for both the Dublin and Belfast gig go on sale this Friday at 9am from Ticketmaster.
