The UK's largest festival has just announced 6 Irish acts as part of its first line-up announcement.
This year's first round of acts for Glastonbury has been announced and includes an impressive display of Irish talent featuring Kneecap, Mary Wallopers, NewDad, Two Door Cinema Club, this year's Choice Music Prize winners Lankum, and Fontaines D.C.
Headlining the festival will be dance pop musician Dua Lipa along with English rock band Coldplay.
The festival, founded in 1970, is the UK's largest musical festival, with an attendance of 210,000 in 2022.
The iconic festival, colloquially known as Glastonbury, will take place in Somerset England from June 26-30 2024.
The Irish artists will play a host of different venues across the festival, with Two Door Cinema Club taking to the "Other" Stage, which will also host The National and Idles.

Kneecap and NewDad will both perform on the 'Woodsies' stage (separately that is!).
Meanwhile the highest density of Irish talent will take place at 'The Park', which over the course of the five day festival will host Lankum, Mary Wallopers and Fontaines D.C.
Tickets for this year's festival have already sold out, however the festival organiser today announced a prize draw for 20 pairs is raising emergency funds to support people affected by conflict.
The money raised will be donated to the British Red Cross, Oxfam and War Child who are working in areas of conflict delivering humanitarian support.
