The special live-streamed album release show, 'A Night At Montrose, Dublin', was originally broadcast on August 3.
Dublin post-punk five-piece Fontaines D.C. launched their brilliant second album with an intense, pre-recorded livestream event and bonus commentary back in August, with a live single version of 'A Lucid Dream' now available to stream.
Filmed by Collective Dublin within 2FM Radio’s studio in Montrose, the original live-stream saw the band perform the entirely of their new album, A Hero's Death, which was released on July 31.
The band also performed selected tracks from their debut, Dogrel, followed by a live Q&A.
3,000 fans tuned in to the livestream at the same time, with the hour-long performance being filmed in Dublin by directors Greg Purcell and Mark Logan in a room decorated with flowers, table lamps and drapes.
Psychedelic visual effects and the usual enthralling atmosphere that the band are notorious for creating at their gigs made the night one to remember.

Performing 'A Hero's Death', 'I Don't Belong', 'Oh Such a Spring', 'Televised Mind', 'You Said', 'Living in America', among others, the livestream offered fans the chance to engage with the group on a new level.
