The deluxe edition of the album adds three songs to the original 11-track album – including latest single 'Before You I Just Forget'.
Seven months after the album's original release, Fontaines D.C.'s Romance has soared up to No.3 on the Official Irish Albums Chart, following the release of its deluxe edition last week. It's a jump of six places from its previous position at No.9.
The album also continues its reign at No.1 on the Independent Chart this week – while the band's previous album, 2022's Skinty Fia, rises one place to No.6.
Romance is held off the top spot on the Official Irish Albums Chart by Sabrina Carpenter's Short n' Sweet and Noah Kahan's Stick Season – which both hold onto their positions at No.1 and No.2, respectively.
The deluxe edition of Romance adds three songs to the original 11-track album: 'It's Amazing To Be Young', 'Before You I Just Forget', and a live version of 'Starburster' mashed up with David Lynch's 'In Heaven (Lady In The Radiator Song)'.

This week, Fontaines D.C. announced their biggest headline Irish show to date, for Belfast Vital. Taking place at Boucher Road Playing Fields on Friday, August 29, the sold-out gig will see the band joined by very special guests KNEECAP.
Romance – Fontaines' first since signing to XL Recordings, and their fourth overall – was named Hot Press's No.1 album of 2024, and also won Irish Album of the Year at the Choice Music Prize. More recently, it was voted Album of the Year in the Hot Press Readers' Poll.
There are no major changes in the Official Irish Singles Chart, meanwhile – with Kingfishr holding on strong to their No.2 slot with 'Killeagh'. The No.1 position once again goes to American singer-songwriter Alex Warren with 'Ordinary'.
