The Official Charts Company has unveiled its list of the UK's best-selling new vinyl releases of the past 10 years  – with Fontaines D.C.'s 2024 album Romance featuring at No.26.

The Irish band appear on the list ahead of major releases like Olivia Rodrigo's albums Guts (No.28) and Sour (No.29), Lewis Capaldi's Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent (No.31), and Billie Eilish's Hit Me Hard And Soft (No. 32).

Taylor Swift dominates the Top 5 – with Midnights at No.1, The Tortured Poets Department at No.2, and 1989 (Taylor's Version) at No.4. Midnights has sold nearly 130,000 vinyl copies in the UK since its release in October 2022.

The UK's best-selling vinyl records of 2025 (so far) have also been revealed today – with Fontaines D.C.'s Romance claiming the No.6 spot. Inhaler also feature at No.15 with Open Wide.

Romance was also the fifth best-selling vinyl album of 2024 in the UK.

The album – Fontaines' first since signing to XL Recordings, and their fourth overall – was named Hot Press's No.1 album of 2024, and also won Irish Album of the Year ar the Choice Music Prize.
