Other acts booked at the Portuguese festival include Moses Sumney, Black Pumas and Alt-J.
Prominent Lisbon-based festival NOS Alive has revealed the first tier of their 2021 lineup. The 2020 festival was cancelled due to the Coronavirus pandemic, but is set to return from July 7-10, 2021 at the Passeio Marítimo de Algés.
“This will be the first July without NOS Alive,” a postponement statement from festival organisers read. “It is with a heavy heart that we announce that NOS Alive 2020 is postponed until July 2021.” The 2020 festival lineup included Taylor Swift, The Strokes and Billie Eilish.
The new lineup, released today in honour of what would have been the 2020 festival date, is still chock full of some of the best talent the music industry has to offer. Fontaines D.C. will be joining Red Hot Chili Peppers, Moses Sumney, Angel Olsen, Two Door Cinema Club and more for a jam-packed week.
The Dublin-based post-punk outfit recently dropped a surprisingly restrained three-track EP called Televised Mind, a follow up to their critically acclaimed debut album Dogrel, released in 2019.
Tickets for NOS Alive are on sale now, and available here.
