Paying more than a passing resemblance to the captivating Ray LaMontagne, Waterford songwriter Marc O'Reilly is as enigmatic a strummer as we've seen on our fair shores in the last 12 months. F.O.O. finds him in particularly pensive form, recruiting some mournful strings to back up his distinctive fingerwork and hopelessly dreamy croon. Bliss.
