The suit comes days before Snoop Dogg is due to play the Superbowl Half-time Show. C/W: This article contains depictions of sexual assault.
A woman who wishes to remain anonymous has sued Snoop Dogg and his associate Bishop Don "Magic" Juan (real name Donald Campbell) for sexual assault in 2013 after a concert by the Californian rapper.
The lawsuit was filed in federal court in Los Angeles yesterday, in which the woman claims that after the gig, Campbell offered her a ride home and ended up at his residence against her wishes.
She claims that Campbell then assaulted her at his home by "removing his penis from his pants" and "repeatedly shoving his penis into (her) mouth."
Campbell then apparently demanded she come with him to a recording studio, apparently where Snoop Dogg was filming his TV show at the time, Snoop Dogg's Double G News Network.
She alleges Campbell told her Snoop wanted her to be there and that he might make her "his weather girl." The filing states that she complied "in hopes of advancing her career."

The woman then states in the suit that while she was using a bathroom at the studio, Snoop Dogg entered the room, shut the door, and then forced his penis into her mouth.
According to the complaint, the Jane Doe plaintiff felt sick and was using a bathroom at the studio when Snoop Dogg entered the room unexpectedly, shut the door, grabbed her shoulder and forced his penis into her mouth.
"After a few minutes, defendant Snoop Dogg withdrew his penis from plaintiff's mouth, visibly unsatisfied with plaintiff's reluctance and disgust of being forced to engage in oral sex," the suit alleges.
The rapper then allegedly "proceeded to masturbate and ejaculated on plaintiff's upper chest and lower neck." The complaint then claims he said, "I'll get you something to clean up with," and left the accuser "humiliated, terrified and panicked" in the bathroom without returning.
It's also stated in the suit that the alleged victim didn't immediately report the assaults because she was "thinking about her job security if she displeased" Snoop Dogg.
She claims that she worked for various companies owned by or associated with Snoop Dogg for several years and later obtained a right to sue from the Department of Fair Employment and Housing on December 20, 2021. The suit claims that she agreed to "attempt to resolve this dispute through a private mediation" that took place on February 8, 2022.
The filing says the "mediation was unsuccessful" and that, "immediately after the mediation ended," Snoop Dogg posted on Instagram an image with the caption "Gold digger" alongside emojis of a judge and a police officer.

The suit describes Snoop Dogg's Instagram post as "obviously threatening" against the plaintiff.
These sexual assault allegations came just the day before it was announced that Snoop Dogg had bought Death Row Records, the iconic label that kickstarted his and many other rappers' careers in the '90s.
The news also comes days before the 'Gin and Juice' rapper will play the Superbowl Half-time show alongside Dr Dre, Eminem, Kendrick Lamar and Mary J. Blige.
