Musicians across the country are playing free gigs for a worthy cause this month.
Bands are waiving their fees this month in effort to raise funds for the innocent victims in war-torn Syria.
The organizers of the events are hoping to host a string of music events in various venues in towns all over the country simultaneously over one week in January.
Most of these events will have no admission fee and they just ask people to show up to support and donate as generously as they can on the night. All money raised will go directly to provide aid for the innocent victims of war suffering in Syria.
Workman's Jam for Syria is due on Tuesday, January 17, with Youth Mass, Buffalo Sunn, Saramai, Dave Conway (The DC Experiment) and Keith Plunkett on the stage.
