It's fair to say the inaugural Metropolis got off to an absolute flyer on Saturday, with a sublime mix of DJ sets and full-band performances.
In the Main Hall, hometown heroes Le Galaxie were tremendous, while other local acts Gemma Dunleavy, Booka Brass Band and Hare Squead turned in memorable performances around the RDS.
