Two of Australia's most compelling singer-songwriters are headed to Dublin's Workman's Club, 10th October.
With a shared indie-folk sound and toes already dipped overseas, Garrett Kato and Riley Pearce's combined shows are set to be a truly intimate affair. The tour comes after Kato recorded and produced Pearce's new EP late last year.
Garrett Kato will be touring off the back of a coveted slot opening for Damien Rice. Getting his start busking on street corners, Kato eventually found himself signing a record deal with Nettwerk, touring with top Australian artists, and even running his own recording studio. His new EP ‘Distant Lands’, will be released June 14.
Meanwhile, Riley Pearce will return to the stage after a massive national headline tour. His breakout single 'Brave' garnered more than 19 million streams on Spotify and led to a WA Music Folk Song of the Year win. His latest EP The Landing Songs is out now.
