The electro-pop icon is set to play The Telegraph Building in Belfast this May.
Gary Numan, electronic music pioneer and revered songwriter, has announced a Belfast stop on the 45th anniversary tour for his landmark records The Pleasure Principle and Replicas, appearing at Belfast's Telegraph Building on 17th May.
After phenomenal demand for the headline tour, Numan has also added a series of extra dates in the UK, including a second stop in London and third in Manchester alongside venue upgrades in both Glasgow and Newcastle.
Expertly melding synth-driven soundscapes with dark, introspective lyricism, Numan’s 1979 releases have been widely celebrated as cornerstones of modern electronic music. The Pleasure Principle and Replicas launched Numan to international success, marking him as a musical visionary and legendary influence across genres.
With decades of stardom under his belt, the London native remains a vibrant force in the industry, receiving the Inspiration Award at the Ivor Novellos in 2017 along with a wealth of support and acclaim for his No. 2 album Intruder.
After last year’s stellar acoustic tour, Numan has taken 2024 by storm, planting himself firmly within the raw emotion and energy of his era-defining albums as he takes to stages across the UK and Ireland.
