George Clooney Leaves Hospital Following Motor Accident

The 57 year old actor received minor injuries after he collided with a car at an intersection whilst riding a scooter.

Early reports said that Clooney had been driving at a speed of 60 mph at the point of collision and that he had been thrust 20 feet into the air before smashing into a car's windshield.

Clooney was rushed to the Hospital Saint John Paul II in Olbial but was later released. He is now said to be resting at his Italian home in Lake Como.

Clooney has been busy filming his latest film Catch 22 in Italy. He was en route to set when the incident occurred.
