The Eastcastle Street location is the company's first flagship store outside of the United States.
The grand opening of Gibson Guitars’ new Gibson Garage in London is set to take place on February 24, 2024.

Following in the footsteps of a similar venture in Nashville, the venue will play host to weekly, music events, artist showcases and panel discussions, as well as the Gibson Gallery – dedicated to displaying the works of British artists and photographer
4,500 square feet of retail space will house over 300 guitars for enthusiasts to experience and play, with a MESA/Boogie amplifier collection and Maestro pedals also be available for exploration.

“When we first began designing the Gibson Garage, our global flagship, we asked ourselves, ‘What do we want our fans to experience when walking into Gibson?’ said Cesar Gueikian, Gibson President and CEO.
“We imagined an immersive dream space where fans walk in and say, ‘Wow, this is the place that Gibson should have always had!’. The Garage is designed to be a part of the local music community with a live stage featuring performances and events from icons and emerging artists on any given day of the week.
“As one of the most cosmopolitan cities in the world, London has always been an influential musical ecosystem and became an obvious choice of where to open our next Gibson Garage.”
