The headliners of the 2023 edition of the festival include Blur, Kendrick Lamar, Halsey, Depeche Mode, Rosalía and Calvin Harris.
The line-up for Primavera Sound 2023 – set to take place in both Barcelona and, for the first time, Madrid over two consecutive weekends – has been unveiled, including Dublin's Gilla Band, alongside a star-studded list of international acts.
The Irish band will play Barcelona's Parc del Fòrum on June 3, and Madrid's Arganda del Rey on June 10.
There will be over 200 performances in each city across the entirety of the festival, which will take place in various venues and concert halls. Despite being 620km apart, both Barcelona and Madrid will share the one line-up, with a few minor exceptions. Primavera Sound also boasts a gender-balanced line-up.
The headliners for this year's Primavera Sound include Blur, Halsey, Kendrick Lamar, Depeche Mode, Rosalía and Calvin Harris. The festival will also feature major names like FKA twigs, St Vincent, Caroline Polacheck, Fred Again.., Four Tet, Baby Keem, Christine & The Queens, Central Cee, Loyle Carner and more. See the full selection of acts here.
Gilla Band's appearance on the line-up follows the release of their boundary-pushing third album, Most Normal, last month. Next week, they're set to play the National Stadium in Dublin (December 9), followed by the Empire Music Hall in Belfast on December 15.
