The Norwegian singer has announced dates for her upcoming 2024 tour of Ireland and the UK
The alternative pop artist from Oslo, Girl In Red, real name Marie Ulven Ringheim, has released information about her forthcoming 2024 tour Doing It Again – which will include a headline show at Dublin's 3Arena on August 27.
This was planned as a joint announcement for I'm Doing It Again Baby!, her latest album with Columbia Records scheduled to drop on April 12th. Fans can preorder the album and gain special access to the artist's re-sale, starting Wednesday, March 13th, at 10 am local.
Ringheim is known for her indie pop records, her first being EP Chapter 1 (2018) and Chapter 2 (2019). Recorded in her bedroom, these demos feature songs about romance and mental health. Her debut studio album If I Could Make It Go Quiet (2021), released through AWAL, was a commercial and critical success, winning her three Norwegian Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year.
Critics and fans alike praised her sincere songwriting, genuine personality, captivating live performances, and musical talent. Notable celebrity supporters such as Taylor Swift and Billie Eilish added to her acclaim.

The press response was overwhelmingly positive, with numerous outlets, including Rolling Stone, Billboard, Variety, NPR, Stereogum, NYLON, and others, declaring her album and breakout track 'Serotonin' as among the "Best of 2021." Her television appearances garnered widespread attention, with memorable performances on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, and Late Night With Seth Meyers.
She also showcased her talent on international TV platforms like Skavlan, Late Night Berlin, and MTV's EMAs.
Girl in Red embarked on an extensive tour across North America in 2022, captivating audiences at major festivals like Coachella and Lollapalooza. Notable performances also included sets at Oya and Glastonbury, alongside a sold-out headline show at NYC's iconic Pier 17. As a gesture of gratitude to her fans, Girl in Red released a standalone track titled 'October Passed Me By,' serving as a sequel to her beloved breakout hit 'we fell in love in october.'
Produced in collaboration with Aaron Dessner, the song was accompanied by a visually captivating short film directed by Gustav Johansson, featuring acclaimed Norwegian actress Lisa Loven Kongsli and Ruth Vega Fernandes.
After releasing these two singles, Girl In Red was an opening act on multiple shows of Taylor Swift's The Eras Tour (2023) in the U.S.
Tickets will be available from Friday, March 15th, at 10 am local time via worldinred.com and Ticketmaster.ie starting at €40.
