The full Glastonbury line up has been unveiled - and there's no shortage of Irish talent playing the celebrated festival.
After a break in 2006, Glastonbury festival takes place again between June 22-24 at Worthy Farm, with tickets for this year's weekender - the biggest in the world - selling out in less than two hours.
On hand to provide the musical entertainment are The Who, The Killers, Arctic Monkeys, Björk, Iggy Pop & The Stooges and the Chemical Brothers among 300 others.
Well represented in the mix is a strong Irish contingent.
Damien Dempsey plays on Thursday, the pitch-your-tents day, while on the Friday, Damien Rice headlines the acoustic stage as previously revealed on hotpress.com. Also playing are Pauline Scanlon, honorary Irish woman Charlotte Hatherley, Hothouse Flowers and Duke Special.
We also revealed that Rodrigo y Gabriela were to headline the Jazz World Stage on the Saturday but added to that, The Saw Doctors will top the bill on the Avalon Stage and Phil Kieran and DJ Annie Mac are set to entertain the dance crowds.
The festival will be rounded off on the Sunday with The Waterboys, Kharma 45, Fionn Regan, Moya Brennan, Kila and Ed Byrne among others.
See www.glastonburyfestivals.com for the full line up, though it seems to be so popular that it's currently melted.
