The first line-up poster for this year's festival was unveiled this morning.
Glastonbury's organisers have shared more details about this year's festival – with Arctic Monkeys and Guns N' Roses announced as the Pyramid Stage headliners on the Friday (June 23) and Saturday night (June 24) respectively. Elton John was previously announced as the Sunday night (June 25) headliner.
Coinciding with the news, the first Glastonbury 2023 line-up poster has been released – featuring the likes of Lizzo, Lana Del Rey, Lil Nas X, Blondie, Carly Rae Jepsen, Christine and the Queens, Fatboy Slim, Fred Again.., Loyle Carner, Maggie Rogers, Slowthai, Weyes Blood, Yusuf / Cat Stevens, and more.
Many more acts and attractions are yet to be announced, with the festival set to run from June 21-25 at Worthy Farm in Pilton, Somerset.
The 2023 edition of the festival will support Oxfam, WaterAid and Greenpeace, as well as other causes, including the Turkey-Syria Earthquake Appeal.
Some commentators have criticised the festival's all-white, all-male headliners – with organiser Emily Eavis responding that Guns N' Roses were booked after a previously confirmed female headliner "changed her touring plans."
As reported by The Guardian, Eavis stressed that she remains "entirely focused on balancing our bill. It's not just about gender, it's about every aspect of diversity."

She goes on to state that next year's festival should see two women headlining – one who has confirmed, and one who is close to confirming, and both of them set to make their Glastonbury debut.
