Dublin’s Vodkopter release ‘A Climbing Young Executive’ on July 24 with an official launch show in The Sugar Club. The debut EP was recorded with Shane Cullen at K9 studios. The band are currently working on their first music video for the song ‘They Need More Love’. The band comprises Gavin Redmond on guitar, piano and vocals, Stephen Parnell on bass and Daniel Geraghty on drums. Dublin’s The Red Labels (who went down a storm on the IMRO New Band Stage at Oxegen) have just released their first single ‘Fire’. This year the band were victorious in the JD Set Final and came a very impressive second out of 250 in the Phantom Battle Of The Bands.
