The band and other artists made a tribute to the victims of the airplane crash.
On Twitter, Guns N 'Roses made a tribute to the victims of the airplane crash posting a video of 'Knockin' on Heaven's Door' where the symbol of the band merges with the shield of the Brazilian team. The assembly also happened to be in the profile image of the group.

The flight carrying Brazilian football team Chapecoense left Bolivian city, Santa Cruz de La Sierra on Monday night. The destine was Colombian city of Medellín, where the team had been due to play in the final of the Copa Sudamericana.
The airplane crash killed 71 players, journalists and crew members. Only 6 – three footballers, two crew and a journalist – survived the disaster.
