Harry Styles debuts new track in memory of Liam Payne
His current tour will see him play three dates at Dublin's Croke Park on August 18, 20 and 21, 2027.
Harry Styles has debuted an unreleased song he wrote for his former One Direction bandmate Liam Payne.
The Grammy-winning singer played the track, 'What Is Enough', during his sold-out concert at Madison Square Garden on the second anniversary of Payne's death.
Addressing the crowd on Friday night, Styles paid tribute to Payne as a friend and someone he "wouldn't have been able to do this without."
"I feel incredibly lucky to get to play these shows here in New York, and this building means a lot to me," he said. "There are so many people in my life - friends and people that I've worked with - that I wouldn't have been able to do this without. And two years ago today, I lost one of those friends.
"I'm sure a lot of you have been through similar things. I hope you haven't. But really, it's just about looking after each other."
Payne died two years ago after falling from a hotel balcony in Argentina.
Styles is currently performing at the New York venue as part of a record-breaking 30-show residency on his Together, Together tour - which will also see him play three dates at Dublin's Croke Park on August 18, 20 and 21, 2027. He will be supported at all three shows by American artist Baby Rose.
These shows celebrate Styles' fourth album, KISS ALL THE TIME. DISCO, OCCASIONALLY, which was released on March 6 and debuted at No. 1 on the Irish Albums Chart.
Tickets for his Croke Park dates are available here.
