'This video is dedicated to touching'.
Former One Direction member Harry Styles has transitioned from boyband fame into one of the most successful solo careers the industry has ever seen. His album Fine Line was critically lauded on its release, and its fans include none other than Stevie Nicks, who told the singer via Instagram that Fine Line was "his Rumours".
Yesterday, he released the video for 'Watermelon Sugar', one of the album's more popular singles. It comes with a message about being "dedicated to touching", and is a delightful escape from isolation. It's a retro-styled, fun-in-the-sun offering featuring picnics and beaches and, you know, people together. In the same place. Touching each other. Having fun. Remember that?
