A run of 10,000 coloured vinyl records will be printed and are available to pre-order, due to drop on December 18.
Paramore frontwoman and solo musician Hayley Williams has announced a new 10-inch vinyl record, Self-Serenades, featuring acoustic tracks from her debut album, Petals For Armor.
The three-track record will include stripped-back renditions of singles ‘Simmer’ and ‘Why We Ever’, as well as a previously-unreleased song, ‘Find Me Here’.
Williams released ‘Petals For Armor’ earlier this year. Upon its release, Hot Press offered a glowing review of the solo work:
"Perhaps in a subtle nod to her Southern roots, Petals For Armor can be interpreted like Steel Magnolias – floral and feminine imagery overlapping to paint women as beautiful and delicate, but nonetheless capable of facing life’s challenges with great fortitude. In fact, as Williams implies through the album, expressing your rawest vulnerabilities just might be the key to finding this strength. In this vein, Petals For Armor plots Williams’ journey through crisis and recovery – from anger on ‘Simmer’, to the hard-won sense of calm and peace on ‘Crystal Clear’."
Self-Serenates is set to arrive on December 18, with a run of 10,000 coloured vinyl records in production.

Over the course of the year, Williams has taken part in a number of live-streamed performances and has been productive in releasing covers of other musicians' work.
Sharing them on her Instagram during the pandemic, Williams tackled Björk’s ‘Unison’ and Radiohead’s ‘Fake Plastic Trees’.
In September, Williams – alongside Phoebe Bridgers, R.E.M.’s Michael Stipe and more – also contributed a track to ‘Good Music to Avert the Collapse of American Democracy’, a compilation album raising funds for US voters’ rights organisation Fair Fight.
