Hey Whatever
I may be slightly out of step here, but could someone tell me what the problem actually is with all this?
I may be slightly out of step here, but could someone tell me what the problem actually is with all this? Given that Westlife should always record someone else’s song (as demonstrated by the self-penned B side, which is spectacularly bad), why has the fact that they’ve gone with a Relish track caused such howls of outrage? With the writing credits all present and correct, the Papenfus coffers will soon be swelling – surely better than the royalty pickings going to some sinister Norwegian writing team – and the band’s international standing will probably be raised a notch. And the record itself? With a great song, some real musicians and an impressive vocal performance, this is also Westlife’s best single by a long way.
