Named after Bowie’s ‘80s classic, Drogheda’s Modernlove rank as one of Ireland’s brightest indie hopes. With such starry-eyed world beaters as debut single ‘Us’ and its sequel ‘Islands’, the four-piece are likely to find favour with fans of Pale Waves and The 1975. 2018 saw them headline a stage at Vantastival and kicking everyone’s ass at Electric Picnic; early 2019 finds them unveiling their first EP.
