Thanks Brother is the latest project from songwriters Roisin O and John Broe. They have a darker sound compared to the songs they’ve penned for the likes of Gavin James and The Coronas. The duo released second single ‘We Caught It’, a slice of anthemic pop, on January 18, following 2018’s ‘We Are Different’, which found them performing on The Late Late Show. The duo’s unusual name comes from a chance encounter that took place at a gig in Vicar Street, where they met Peter Dinklage from Game Of Thrones, whose brief response to Broe’s gushing praise was “Thanks, Brother!”.
