Hot for 2020 Irish Artists: KNEECAP

As the name suggests, this Belfast hip-hop trio are not at all shy of controversy. Under the stage names Mo Chara, Móglaí Bap and DJ Próvaí, the band produce irreverent, hardcore hip-hop tracks with titles like ‘Get Your Brits Out.’ They also proudly trumpet that they’ve been “condemned by the DUP” – and we say, good for them.
