JOEL HARKIN

This Donegal-raised, Belfast-based musician has discovered the art of omnipresence. When he’s not lending a hand performing in other bands, he’s mastering artists’ tracks and appearing in videos. Harkin’s at his most exciting when he’s making his own music though, and the indefatigable tunesmith is steadily rising in the NI scene. His sterling back catalogue of folk, shoegaze and alternative is infused with terrific warmth and wit. Especially recommended for fans of the late, great Dan Sartain.
