Bringing you the best up-and-coming homegrown acts to look out for over the next 12 months...
Warriors Of The Dystotheque
Bonded by a love of lo-fi sounds and electronic culture, this transatlantic supergroup are set to make even more waves on the global dance scene in 2023. Led by Derry-based DJ Jonny Mac, who has previously shared stages with the likes of the Happy Mondays, the quartet bolster their music with trip-hop, jazz, house and techno. Their second album, last year’s Anthropause, was co-produced by the legendary Howie B (who famously worked with Bjork and U2), and it saw the Warriors in world-beating form. Expect them to conquer more charts and hearts over the months ahead.
