Blue Slate

John Harney, Pierce Devine, Dillon Carville and Jay O’Neill make up this exciting alternative rock band from Naas. The foursome have been writing tunes since early 2022, releasing two singles last year, ‘Wipers’ and ‘Prospect’, which highlight their penchant for acute and vulnerable lyricism. Another deliciously noisy group in a long line of Irish shoegaze outfits, Blue Slate fuse weighty walls of sound with shimmering melodic guitars to create a distinct identity.
