Having received a brilliant reception to date, Hot Press's classic album podcast, Hot Press Classics, is now being made available on YouTube, with episode one, on the Sex Pistols' 1977 punk masterpiece, available from today.
Produced and presented by Paul Nolan, the episode sees the HP Contributing Ed break down the album with Deputy Ed Stuart Clark – with the duo examining the landmark's musical cultural and influence, including its impact on film, books, fashion and art.
Also covered are that legendary Sex Pistols appearance on Bill Grundy, the Pistols' various adventures in Ireland, the Pistol TV series, the scandal and controversy that accompanied the band – and loads more.
Rounding out the podcast, Paul Nolan talks to Pistols bassist Glen Matlock and Sonic Youth legend Thurston Moore about the album's enduring legacy.
