'Lord Hear Us' is a remix of an early track from MXM's album and was previously performed as part of their shows at Barbican Centre and the National Concert Hall. The chorus - sung by Day_S - and the piano riff comes from The Streets' 2004 Original Pirate Material single 'Has It Come To This'.
Commenting on the song on Twitter, Mango wrote: "I wrote the lyrics to this song after going to a funeral. I say there listening to the prayers of the faithful and the people I thought needed our prayers are never mentioned. I wrote this for them.

"'This is for everyone who doesn’t get prayed for. Those on the fringes. Those that need our help. For the people.

Lord Hear them.
