The video, which was directed by Alex Gill, features shots of skaters Gavin Beale and James Carroll against the backdrop of an early morning and late evening Dublin cityscape. The video was edited by Michael Donnelly, who was part of the team behind Dublin OldSchool.

'Islands' is an example of Delorentos' denser, more involved new sound. Bursting synth, powerful harmonies and lyrics which are both well-considered and chime with emotion.
