Dua Lipa dances to her fourth UK number one single with 'Dance The Night' from Greta Gerwig's Barbie Movie soundtrack.
In addition to the Wicklow man's third number one Irish album, Hozier has scored his first UK number one on the album charts with his latest release, Unreal Unearth. The Irish man outsold it's nearest competitor, The Weeknd, by three to one - an impressive feat.
Speaking about this incredible achievement, Hozier said: “I want to offer a sincere thank you to everyone in the UK for supporting my work. This is my first number 1 in the UK and it’s a big deal for me. Thank you for listening to and buying Unreal Unearth, I can’t wait to come back there and play this music live, your support means the world!”
Unreal Unearth is the third studio album from Hozier, following the multi-platinum selling albums Hozier (2014) and Wasteland, Baby (2019).

With over a million tickets sold worldwide, the artist will bring his massive international Unreal Unearth Tour back to Europe in December, which will see him conquer arenas, including London’s OVO Arena Wembley, and three sold out shows in Dublin’s 3Arena.
"Zero missteps on an album that fully realises Hozier’s ambitions – and then some!" said Hot Press' Stuart Clark in his Unreal Unearth album review. Read the full piece here.

Billie Eilish is overtaken by soundtrack-mate Dua Lipa, as the British singer boogies her way into her fourth UK number one single with 'Dance The Night' from the Barbie soundtrack. Not far behind, 'What Was I Made For' nabs second place, keeping the 'Ocean Eyes' vocalist, Billie Eilish, in the top 10 for sixth week running.
Olivia Rodrigo takes spot three with 'Vampire' and Doja Cat's 'Paint The Town Red' takes up spot four.

Elsewhere, Taylor Swift's 2019 track 'Cruel Summer' takes up the fifth spot on the UK singles chart, after an unprecedented demand for the track drove it into the top ten for the first time since it's release. Swift's most recent new music release, Midnights, sits at number three in the charts, making a leapwards. The artist's albums 1989 and Lover are also in this week's top ten in positions five and eight, repectively.
