You can catch them live at the Main Stage on Saturday afternoon at Electric Picnic.
2018 has been a massive year thus far for brothers Harry and Alfie Hudson-Taylor, and it doesn’t look like slowing down yet with the news that they are to release even more new music, as well as an extensive touring schedule that will take in North America, Europe and Ireland.
This follows the huge success that was their ‘Feel It Again’ EP, which since coming out in March of this year has amassed over ten million plays across streaming platforms, and their subsequent appearances across the European festival circuit over the summer including the likes of Reading & Leeds, Isle of Wight, Benicassim and more across the UK and Europe.
Their upcoming new studio/live mini-album is titled ‘Bear Creek To Dame Street’, a project which will combine new songs recorded at Bear Creek studios in Seattle with a live quartet of Hudson Taylor classics, recorded in concert at their sold-out Olympia Theatre show earlier this year. Two tracks from the album, ‘One In A Million’ and ‘You Don’t Wanna Know’, are to be released on Friday August 31st and will provide the first tasters for it.
The Irish folk duo will close out the year in busy fashion, heading off after Electric Picnic to support Hozier on his US tour as well as headlining four shows of their own, followed by a tour around Europe and the UK before coming home for a five-night Christmas residency in Whelan’s.
