The Huntertones have announced they will be performing a concert in Dublin early next week.
Celebrate the Bank Holiday, August 6, with the band at Whelan’s upstairs venue. The Huntertones are a high-energy horn driven group. They transition from an six-man ensemble to an exciting trio featuring a saxophone, sousaphone and beatboxer.
The group formed at Ohio State University in Columbus where they played their first shows on Hunter Avenue. Since then they moved their act to New York City where they released two albums including their self-titled 2015 record and Live in 2016. They’ve collaborated with a number of notable artists including Snarky Puppy, Stevie Wonder and Ed Sheeran.
Tickets are on sale right now: €10 in advance and €12 at the door.
